These Terms apply to your Daily AI Intel Brief subscription and are incorporated into the

purchase made through Youra Media's subscription checkout.

1. The Service

Your subscription provides a current Daily AI Intel Brief through the permanent embed address

supplied to you. Youra Media intends to publish a new Brief every day, including weekends.

2. Authorized Display

During an active paid subscription, you may display the Brief through the provided code on the

website, newsletter, intranet, digital display, or other location approved for your purchase. This

is a limited display license; no ownership of the Brief or its underlying copyright is transferred.

3. Use Restrictions

You may not copy, alter, scrape, archive for public access, republish, redistribute, sublicense,

sell, or use individual Briefs separately from the authorized syndicated display without prior

written permission from Youra Media.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own website, display platform, internet connection, and correct

installation of the code. Promptly notify Youra Media if the Brief fails to display.

5. Service Continuity

Youra Media will work promptly to correct a material interruption in the syndicated Brief caused by its

publishing service. If an interruption lasts more than three consecutive calendar days, Youra Media will provide

a proportional extension of service or a proportional credit. This remedy does not apply to a subscriber's

platform, code changes, internet outage, or unauthorized use.

6. Billing and Cancellation

The subscription renews at the price and billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. You may cancel

through the Stripe subscription-management route provided with your purchase or by contacting

youramedia@pm.me. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; display permission ends when the paid

subscription period ends.

7. Changes and Support

Youra Media may improve the format, design, or delivery of the Brief while preserving its basic service. Material

changes to pricing or these Terms will be announced before the next applicable billing period.

8. Editorial Information

The Brief provides commentary and information. It is not legal, financial, investment, or other professional
